sinking into orbit,
we touch infinity one last time,
burning like star fire
drenched in desire.

Lyrical Paradox-ical
free to cartwheel
amongst the gears
–
brave enough
to sup on fears
complicated discussions
on the meaning of life
–
protecting the innocent
by flashing a knife
ecstatic wanderings
in a lonely bed.
–
the deepest wisdom
in an innocent’s head
golden raindrops
on a cloudless day.
–
keeping silent
to have your say
Serendipity (in) III (parts)
plans torn
asunder;
and rocked
by diluvial
oenophil’ ic rage.
presently,
patiently
&
gracefully,
“The Now” traipses
in.
blinded
by the starlight
in my heart,
I greet this moment with a bow,
and
we
shall dance.
jezebel the devourer
I find her
lost
in the grasp of
a previous lover’s
greedy comings
and goings.
humbly
I add to that wellspring
of desire
and yearning….
never filled
never at peace
but free.
burning
I light
this candle
to
the joy floating
within me.
this love witch
grants me the grace
to cleave unto beauty,
and
onto thee
hunger
empty need
rages unchecked
within.
Void.
yet,
we
must
consume.
life
unquenched.
lust
devoured.
a vacuum,
abhorred.
and crumbs
of
desire
fall impotent
against soft lips
sealed
with a
flaccid kiss.
fear reigns
whistling behemoth
tickles up the spine.
tamed ferocity
laughing
out
loud.
and Giants
and devils,
roar with glee.
singed
by the fire
burning in me.
plaintively
unapologetic….
for what need?
beyond the edges
and the boundaries found within,
fear reigns,
as the prevailing wind
soul juice
the very
last
drop
wringed out.
and still,
they are parched.
ambrosia will never quench a thirst for cola.
torn
I stride this earth
and her magnificence rages
over my entire being,
while Justice mourns in agony.
To which do I turn:
the fiery sun, blazing in defiance?
or
my soothing moon, sultry in beguiling calm?
art is power.
art is truth.
art is not a weapon-
‘less love crush us all.
alchemist of emotion,
spinning
hate into beauty.
But,
I am damned
and angry,
starving,
and fed up
with all ya’all.
but,
I love you too.
muse-worthy ramblings
lost
in the blur
and rush
of moments past,
each tumbling
wildly into a slippery future,
I wait
for
you
